Actually the problem is in my processor, I tried my friend's processor ( dual core 2.7 ) and everything worked great, so now I'm pretty sure it's my processor. At this point I began looking on google to see if multiple svchost processes were somehow caused by viruses. I uninstalled the mouse and restarted and same thing, %100. You can try to end that process and see if that helps and then Google the name of the process to help figure out what it is. It identified a file described as windows XP validaiton, then it updated me to SP3, then Office 2003 SP3, then all was right.
