I have now tested various solutions. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from someone/anyone real soon. Ran great on Windows 7 ( IMO the most stable Microsoft OS since XP or Windows 2000 tho I loved 3.1 aswell). 10 is slower for certain for me. I've also run sfc scannow and used Tweaking.com all with no luck.

MS has gone a step too far and added so many features and Services that they appear to have lost control of the architecture. I wish there was a way to get rid of that "Welcome" screen altogther as it takes up quite a bit of load time.
