Sounds like the drive letter that is trying to be assigned to the external drive is already taken by something else. You might have to act fast as your computer is starting in order to stop the process. Sometime during my playing of cards, thats when the error messages occured. When I went to turn it back on it would not start. Let them know their Anti-Virus didn't do it's job. It'll run for a long time, detect a bunch of stuff, and then you can proceed through the wizard to actually removing it all… Once it's all done, you can reboot I then rebooted & everything seems to be fine.
