I paid 80 bucks for a program called diskinstaller on someone's advice on one of these forums. I'm pretty computer savvy and can typically find these files when they disappear into limbo world, but this has saved me much grief! In response to Tony's comment - I checked the box too, and received only one email for each comment after mine. I opened the PDF and clicked on File-Properties and it did point to the storage location, which is C:\Documents and Settings/
